Indoor Irrigation System

Nozzle Jet Irrigation

This system consists of spray lines that run through the length of the riding arena and are attached to hard-PVC pipes on the arena ceiling. The mist spray valves are spaced about 90 cm apart and spread the water evenly. Our nozzle jet system is precisely fitted to your indoor school, taking into account its special aesthetic and technological requirements so that it blends in handsomely into your existing facility. With this, we achieve for you both a considerable dust binding effect and an even watering of the arena surface.

During hot summer months, a pleasant side effect is a refreshing cooling sensation that accompanies the use of our system. Since there is no, or at worst very little, dripping effect after the watering, the arena can immediately afterwards be used again.

Our spray valve systems work according to the module principle. Whether it is automatic frost cleanout, an ideal way of watering the entire track or dividing up the irrigation area into individual segments, all this is possible by choosing the correct system for your particular indoor school! The manufacture of our mist spray valves and our special valves benefits in the production process from a systematic combination of our many years of experience, technological know-how and assembly skills.

Rainmaker Systems – Mobile indoor school irrigation

Our mobile rainmaker systems were developed especially for the use in indoor schools. The sprinkling takes place via an intersection system that is being transported along the ceiling with the aid of an electric engine from one gable to the next. Through the separate control of the valves, the areas to be watered can be selected at will. This is especially advantageous in indoor schools where the footing has different drain specifications at different parts. All our systems are made from the highest quality material, while our control system uses resistant, state-of-the-art electronics.

Our SPS (storage programming) control is easy to use, and housed inside a waterproof, lockable box. Power supply is either via power track chain or tube hand loader. There are many options to choose from, providing a solution for every challenge. We are always pleased to drop by and visit with you for an on-site consultation.
